StrikeForce: a Karachi arena that runs on its own software
StrikeForce is a paintball and activity arena in Karachi that we co-founded. Every booking, payment and report runs on software Digital Tribe built, which makes it our test bed: if a system cannot survive a busy Saturday at the arena, we do not sell it.
- Client: StrikeForce Paintball Arena, Karachi
- What we built: Online booking system, Payments ledger, Slot and capacity control, Admin dashboard, Automated daily and closing reports
The problem
An arena takes bookings through calls, WhatsApp and walk-ins, with advances, final payments and add-ons on each one. Without a single system, slots get double-booked and nobody has one reliable number for the day’s takings.
What we built
- An online booking system with live slot availability for each activity, so sold-out slots cannot be booked twice.
- A payments ledger that records every advance, final payment and top-up against the booking it belongs to.
- An admin dashboard for staff to create, edit and reconcile bookings, with a full history of changes.
- Automated daily and closing reports sent to the owners every evening.
What changed
Every booking and payment now sits in one system. The owners see the day’s bookings and collections without asking anyone, and anomalies such as edited amounts or missing payments are easy to spot because every payment is recorded against its booking.
Stack
FastAPI and MongoDB on the back end, React on the front end, automated reports on a schedule, hosted on our own servers.
We built it for our own arena first. Then we started building the same thing for clients.
